The quality seems good, but I was mainly concerned with the size. It's not for laptops, which is what I wanted. It's a good size to finally free up all your Jean pockets. The strap was another main concern, and it seems plush and strong and wide enough to not cause fatigue. I do wish the strap was 1.5 in or 2in rather than just 1in.Couple of months later:Turned out to be very helpful. Some useful parts after many months of use, the main big pocket is the most useful. Inside that one, it has a mesh/see through pocket where i keep keeps and a regular pocket for cheap sun glasses. The rest is for wallets etc. One other pocket on the outside I use is for face masks. A bad part of this bag is that it has too many pockets. You really don't need that many, and they are under the flip out pocket which is too cumbersome to use so you will end up using just the big zipper pocket or some of the other more accessible zipper pockets. Overall, happy with this, but it could be simplified for better use. Get rid of the flap pocket
