Review on 🦵 OTC Large Orthotex Knee Stabilizer with Hinged Bars by Giovanni Glenn

I ordered this because my 2X brace is too tight. After waiting for these braces for almost 2 weeks, I tried them on and it was awful. It fits the thigh and calf, but the brace doesn't fit snugly at all around the knee where support is really needed. I've tried adjusting the straps but nothing helps. It is actually baggy on the sides of the knee and behind. When I tried to return the product I received an email saying they would not send me back because it was tried on. They offered an exchange but if this product was so far from what I expected then why would I want another product from them? I would not recommend that.
