With the use of this app, I can easily track my breathing pattern from my wrist and sleep well at night which helps me focus in my work better.The app is not very useful as it often crashes while using so I have to restart quite a lot, the only thing that is good about breathe is that you are able monitor your own heart rate while also being able to find out how you sleep, you know when you're awake during the day etc. It's great to keep yourself motivated by tracking your sleep and heart beat patterns. Also I like being able to set an alarm for when I'm working late since I tend to get sleepy if I stay up too late. You'll be surprised at how much better you do at concentration with this. I have realized this app has helped me feel more energy and awake and focus better while also having less sleeping disorders. I have been using this app for over 2 years now, it is very easy to use! It's so simple that even my 10-year old can figure out how everything works (thankfully). The only thing about breathing exercises in general are they take time but with these apps you don't need any special equipment or supplies other than your phone/tablet which makes them more accessible then traditional methods of doing such things as deep breaths etc..
