I use it for my pool goggles. I used it in the second half of last summer and so far in the first half of this summer. The bottle still looks full. It will probably last me for many years. Put some on your finger and wipe both sides of the lens with it. You rub it for about 60 seconds per lens. My finger never turned blue as the instructions warn if you use too much. After wiping with a soft cloth, I let the Google dry for a few hours. The processing is enough for two or three trips to the swimming pool. It would be better if I treated them after every visit to the pool. The liquid appears to be a mixture of wax and alcohol. I haven't found any wax deposits on the lens yet. It has no visual distortion.
