I bought three of these. The first two - and so glad I bought a third. I'm sorry I didn't wait. The first two became difficult to unlock even with the right pin. Third? Arrived could not be unlocked with the default PIN. Master's phone number was waiting for a long time, so I couldn't reach anyone. So I went to Revane to return. Sounds right - a new defective item, return to seller? WRONG - You cannot return this product. I've looked at the product page several times and found no reference to it - it's only after you go through the return process that you realize you can't return it even if it's defective. So I lost $10 on an ugly paperweight and hope the other two hold up. Don't do it for yourself - walk far for a product from a manufacturer that makes things that work, that keep it going when it fails, and from a supplier that actually honors their return policy.
