🔒 Master Lock 1500ID: Advanced Directional Combination for Enhanced Security Review

I've used these speed dial locks before and they're great when they actually work! I don't know what's up with Master Lock's quality control, but I've ordered two now and both were defective. It is not possible to open the locks with the original combination indicated on the packaging. Yes, I have followed all the instructions and online videos. I've read all the comments with tips and tricks on how to make combos work. I even took both locks to my uni along with instructions and over 40 people

I saw one of these in the quest room. We set up a fundraising quest room for our youth camp, and that's the way it should be! As you can see from the video this lock does not always work and this is the second one I have bought - the second one was the same. I bought this directional lock to use on a switch box for my students. I've used these types of locks many times, so I'm familiar with them. It comes with a set code, but you can reset it. I don't know what to say about bad reviews. How can you hold the manufacturer liable if it is not suitable for your specific application? I bought one of these at a hardware store for double the price from here and was so excited I went to Revain to buy two more.
