Review on 🔒 Master Lock 1500ID: Advanced Directional Combination for Enhanced Security by Mike Larkin

I needed a set of locks that I could open quickly in the dark. I didn't want to worry about finding the key or seeing the combination wheel. This lock seemed to fit the bill, but it has its pros and cons. This lock is good because: 1. You can open it just by touch without having to look at it. I can open it in 2 seconds.2. You can program your own up-down-left-right combination code to match more than one lock with the same code. This lock sucks because: 1. It's VERY thin and light. I don't think it can withstand being hit with a brick. I can't imagine it's meant to protect anything of real value. I use it on the inside of two gates to open them from my property. I wouldn't rely on them to keep anyone. One of mine got stuck and wouldn't open after only 3 months of use. A spritz of WD-40 inside helped a bit, but it looks like it's about to go bad again. That's fine for my needs. But I wouldn't buy it again unless the quality has really improved.
