The service delivery time could be improved by working with professional developers from USA or India! That's what really sucks about this tool - it looks great but you get nothing in return since they are not providing proper support as promised (or paid). This software has no customer retention feature unlike competitors' product which allows me easy access to my clients without having any trouble at all even if I'm travelling overseas during weekends/holidays etc.. It would have been better had we used something similar like BookMeNow where there was always some sort of backup available while using other services such us Paypal. Our customers trust our service because only few providers can offer 24*7 live chat facility through out weekdays AND night shifts too. We need help solving problems related sales forecasting so i am able provide realtime information regarding potential client needs!! The software has been developed very well! It's an excellent platform which helps in managing all your bookings from one place with ease. I have used this product since it was first introduced but never had any problems till now. This service allows me to manage my hotel reservations without having to visit different websites or apps separately; just by using PHP Travelers app everything gets done within few clicks only.
