Like so many people with very fine, thinning hair who have tried so many shampoos over the years, Nioxin System 2 Cleanser is the only product that has made my hair look and feel thicker. It does exactly what it advertises and while it costs more than many other shampoos, it's worth it. I noticed that my hair fell out, especially every time I washed or combed it, since with this cleanser I noticed that the hair fall really almost minimized. I haven't used shampoo since I started using it. Highly recommended!
