The glue is of poor quality. Turns white and remains on the taillight surface.

I think I got a bad batch, I've used this before but this time when I pulled to reset the film placement the glue on it was white , and a little left on the surface of my tail light. This was the first time it had been placed on a surface without the use of pressure and heat to make it adhere in this way. It was almost like Elmers glue. It also smelled like vinegar unlike the first one I bought earlier. Test it a little first, so you can return it because of defect. I have already removed the protective film.
