Men I couldn't get enough of this brand! This is the second product I've tried from them and again replacing a few others that have been in the beard care rotation. I usually have a long beard like the old man in the woods. My beard grows nice and thick but surprisingly curly, a mostly unruly mess so I've always had trouble making it look like it's not where birds want to nest. I originally discovered this brand at the recommendation of my barber, thanks to Andy at Professional Barber for the suggestion! My first experience with them was their beard oil and if you read my review you will see how much my family, yes all family, use it. When it's that short, it's basically a wild bramble stain, and the gray gets super shaggy (my wife's expression) and really can't be brushed. But then came the solution, Your Majesty's Beard Oil by Bahawat, and let me tell you Bahawat, it's GOLD IN A JAR. I had never used "oil" before so didn't know what to expect and was surprised to see that when I opened the tin it turned out to be solid. As instructed, I dug up some and started rubbing my hands together and it instantly melted into the stinkiest puddle I've ever encountered! Again, a short beard can be just as difficult to keep sharp as a long beard, but after rubbing it in and brushing it out, I couldn't believe how much control it showed. I really like how it kinda holds everything in place and it's also very soft. It took me a while to realize that this wasn't a "beard paste" type product, but more of a "here's the oil your beard needs to relax and cooperate" type product. I kind of have oily skin, but I also have a flaky beard, and as a man in his forties who still has a closet full of black shirts and lives in a very hot climate, well, you all know, dandruff is EVERYWHERE . unless your skin is spoiled. . And this material spoils the best of them. It moisturizes my skin, basically eliminates flaking in hot weather, and smells amazing! I have good skin without harsh cleansers (I still use hyaluronic acid 3 times a week). I feel like it's the best of both worlds, keeps my skin oily but doesn't make me sleepy, looks great and smells amazing. I use it on my beard and a few drops of their signature hair oil! Surprisingly comfortable and non-greasy, it just makes it a little heavier and reduces the need for gel and paste. It's clear I love and support it and the fact that my two sons who are now young adults are using all my products again tells me they love the smell and feel. And I know what their Christmas gift baskets will look like! So far the product is 10/10 and the brand is 10/10, try it, I think you will like it! Too bad I didn't find it before I cut my year short so it would shine like the beacons of Gondor. Oh good that it grows back fast! Another great product, keep it up guys!
