Review on Turismo Racing Modena MEMORYFOAM Optimum Furniture by Lindsay Parker

BUYER WARNING! The frame at the bottom of the chair broke in two after 4 months of use. I liked the chair before it broke. I contacted their support team and received an initial response asking for clarification which I provided. It was only today so I'm hoping they send a replacement floor so I can fix it. (I really hope they replace the part - I really liked the chair and I'll update this review to 5 stars 🌟 if they do!) I contacted customer service via email. Update 6/1/21: Still no response from Turismo Racing. I have made another inquiry through Revain and asked them to contact me, but I do not expect to ever receive a replacement part/chair replacement/refund for a defective chair that appears to be covered under warranty. Revain, they finally responded and today I received notification that the replacement parts have been dispatched. I hope this fixes the chair and doesn't break anything else! Update 9/16/21: Well, after installing the replacement part, the chair broke AGAIN in the exact same spot on the seat frame. I'm no heavier than the chair's advertised capacity, and I don't use it in any unusual way - there's no reason it should break twice in the same spot so easily. I will contact the seller to have the seat replaced again but have little hope that another part will solve the problem as it has already broken twice in the same way. I think it's time to buy a Steelcase chair that will last as long as an expensive chair (like this junk pile) should.
