Have been drinking Krups espresso since the 1990's. Bought to replace a machine I've been using for about 8-10 years. There were problems with brewing - too much foam/foam with the simple espresso preparation (WITHOUT frother). The manual didn't help, neither did the online support. Krups has NO customer service! Couldn't call her. They said no customer service reps due to Covid which is ABSURD for a large company 6 months into this pandemic. (Even small businesses have human customer service during this pandemic!) All support should be via email - they claim a representative will call you. It never happened. For a long time I could not get an answer by email. But the email response was saved/automated because it didn't answer my question at all. Received more automated email replies from Krups - none of them answered my questions - and they didn't even call back as promised on their website. After 3 weeks I cut the bait. The car was returned. It's a shame what happened to this company. Products are getting harder and harder to find in stores (years before the pandemic), and when the rest of the retail world offers exceptional customer service to shoppers of their products, Krups isn't concerned.
