I bought these tights for my daughter because in 40 degrees Fahrenheit she insists on dresses and no pants. She will wear tights with dresses and they will fit well. They fit her with little room to grow (she's on the smaller end of the size range I ordered). They feel soft and wash well. She loves the colors and they go with most of her dresses.
