My old router was 7 years old and I thought fine. My TV would spin from time to time and if I had more than a few devices my internet would slow down. I recently upgraded my Motum and although it's time to do the same with the router. The one I got allowed me to connect to the internet instantly for all devices. I have an internet guest group when my kids or friends are over and it doesn't bother my internet. In the first few days after installing a new router, everything seems brighter and faster. I have weak security for my connection but I will wait for my son to program a WPA3 password and that will make my connection secure. Everyone around me is happy with my repaired router. If you haven't changed your router in a few years, it seems like technology has really improved.
