Everyone in our house is trying to get better by taking care of their health. We all exercise and change our diet a bit. We still love our Texas barbecue. But we reduce our intake of foods high in cholesterol and carbohydrates. We also get bored of eating the same thing day in and day out. We love variety in our diet. Aside from rice and pasta, there are MANY Middle Eastern and Asian dishes that are healthier and tastier than many American dishes. A friend has one of these teppanyaki/shabu cookers and highly recommended it as a fun, interesting and delicious new way to eat healthier. I gotta say he's on to something here. There are many recipes for this diet on the net and they are all delicious. This pressure cooker is just great. Dual temperature control lets you cook shabu at one temperature and teppanyaki at another. In fact, you can fry the outside while keeping the soup at the right temperature in the middle. Everyone can cook their own meals according to their taste since they have raw ingredients and can only eat what they want. It's more fun than a Japanese steakhouse and very filling. I am very satisfied with my new SEAAN stove. Five stars.
