An excellent balm in general. The smell is AMAZING too (ESPECIALLY aspic rum)! The only thing that bothers me is that it's a bit thin. It's easy to spread and apply, but because it's thin I've found it doesn't stay on my beard all day and absorbs relatively quickly. I'm black with a fairly thick beard and thick facial hair, which I'm only mentioning because of the difference in hair texture. My regular balm is a thicker consistency, lasts all day on my beard and usually only needs one application. However, this balm is not that bad. Definitely something I will keep in regular rotation. The scent lasts all day and it's so nice to smell Bay Rum when I'm outside!
