Nightmarish quality and complete inconsistency with the description.
The chair was purchased from a well-known online store on December 25, 2022. The next day after the purchase, a crack appeared on the plastic base of the seat. On December 27, an appeal was written to the service, after 3 weeks there was no result from the store and the chair manufacturer, the store service sent several requests to the manufacturer with no result. The store offers to wait for the manufacturer's response, today until January 23. Here is such a guarantee for the goods.
