The chair was purchased from a well-known online store on December 25, 2022. The next day after the purchase, a crack appeared on the plastic base of the seat. On December 27, an appeal was written to the service, after 3 weeks there was no result from the store and the chair manufacturer, the store service sent several requests to the manufacturer with no result.
