I LOVE walking barefoot which broke my heels and even my big toe! I say open cracks, peeling skin, rough, dry, scrape off dead skin. It honestly cleared everything up. I use a pumice stone in the shower about once a week just to wash away the dirt, but other than that I only use it at night and it has pretty much cleaned and healed my feet in over a week. I am impressed
