I like best how our contact center agents can quickly access all of their customer information as well, with no login required! The ability for us (as compared against other tools)to be able extract sales data in such an automated way has been really helpful - we're still working out where/how this fits into my day-t0day job but so far its worked great!! A little bit hard at time because you cant do things super easily or efficiently by yourself if they are more complex processes than what's built right now; however once one gets use too using them regularly everything just falls back naturally which helps keep usage up :) Have definitely seen some good benefits from being partof custoaltion process including better understanding who people buy products off when looking through analytics etc..
