About 14 years ago I bought a khaki Adidas hat that fit me so well that the following week I bought a second (brown) one, so I had an extra one because I had trouble finding decent fitting hats find on my narrow head. I wore them alternately every 3 months or so, the khaki fell apart after 11 years because it just wore out more and the brown lasted a few weeks ago. Hair and sweat products/lotions/mosquito repellent. it all adds up and eventually it just won't wash out. That, plus the edge of the bill, was carried past the "look cool" line. The only difference between these and this hat is the buckle on the back. The old buckle was a simple tulip buckle, this is a clip hat buckle. PRO: Fits as expected, stitching is solid, construction is straight / no warping anywhere, beak could easily be hand bent like I wanted Leaves a serious dent in your forehead if worn backwards in a tight condition! The buckle has a hole with raised edges, very raised edges! (I had to wrap it with a narrow cloth bandage).
