Loved the shower head when it worked - great pressure, great flexibility (rain head, manual or both). Installation was a bit frustrating because it always leaked at first. I wasn't sure if it was the lack of nylon strap, the wrong washers, etc., but it turned out in the end that all you had to do was tighten it properly with a wrench. Eventually it stopped leaking and everything was fine for almost exactly a month. Then one of the lever handles simply failed, and the raincoat fell forward and hung down vertically. It looks like the thread inside just snapped - it's no longer tightening to hold the two parts of the arm together. In trying to get this to work I seem to have pushed the plug into the shower head. and it started dripping again. Overall, it feels like the quality of this product is poor. For now I've been screwing the hand mount directly onto the pipe until I can see if I can find a way to get the gully working again with some better parts.
