This is a lovely crystal ball, 4 inches wide. It is very heavy, a good quality. The ball is absolutely clear, no defects at all and it scatters and reflects light marvelously. It is a perfect size, not small but not too large either. The stand that comes with the ball is surprisingly sturdy, a bright gold color, and nicely decorated. The tripod arms are formed of rearing heraldic style dragons or wyverns. In the picture, the stand looks a bit cheap, but in person it is surprisingly beautiful, and it supports the crystal ball very well. Altogether an excellent purchase. The crystal ball and stand are both very beautiful, and I am happy with both.
