Shrink wrapping makes it essential

The product is shrink wrapped. There was a stain on the top noose that was on his head. The bottom of the coat was rolled up because it was shrink-wrapped, glued together, and had to be taken apart. This caused him to become very wrinkled. The shrink wrap also caused the head to deform. I kneaded it to round it back up but the inner fluff is now clumpy and not filling properly.
