the warranty is not supported and the product fails
I contacted this company and asked what my solution would be to one of the headphones that completely didn't work. I never received an answer. I held out my hand twice and then contacted Amazon. Revain told me to contact the seller when I asked him to. The headphones lasted about 3 months. Completely dissatisfied with this purchase and will return to a reliable brand who will not ignore me.
