UPDATE: It's mid-September and this mic is still working! I use two of these several times a week and they are just what I need. While the sound quality is good (see first review below), it's not perfect, but my audio software will set it up with no problem! So again, for the price it's hard to beat! The original review: First, if you want professional recording, use professional studio equipment. This microphone is worth every dollar. I bought it to help with blogging and live streaming, it works great. I have used it in a small room, in a church shrine and outdoors in the wind. It works much better than I expected and so far I'm extremely satisfied. I will actually buy another one and use it as an alternative to more expensive outdoor equipment. The included tripod feels cheap and that's the only downside.
