Cheaply made, not very functional. Firstly, there are no floors for partitions in the boxes. This allows your underwear or whatever to slide into the next compartment(s). Next came all the crates with these horribly cheap cardboard bottoms that you had to put/place in each crate. Since I bought 2 of these, I had to do this 8 times. The problem was that these cardboard inserts didn't fit the boxes exactly and it was a struggle each time it took two people to put things in there. Grab your extra 2 cents to make these plastic inserts we could actually work with! Then, since only tiny items fit in one of the boxes, I had a leftover box that I couldn't use for anything else around the house. Keep in mind that the dividers don't reach the bottom of the boxes, causing items to slide from compartment to compartment. I had to send her to a women's shelter.
