Review on πŸ”§ Enhance 3D Printing Precision with PrimaCreator PC NSP 04Hx1 MK8 Hardened Steel Nozzle by Brian Potter

I don't use it anymore.

oh my. I spent hours a day, several days a week trying to figure it out. So I put in my new bait and the problems started. Poor adhesion of the layers during extrusion, skipping of the extruder motor. I even asked for professional help. Everyone thought the problem was either in the engine or in the heater. but even at 220Β°C on PLA I could not print. On a whim when my parts arrived I tried on the brass fitting and everything was perfect again. For some reason this nozzle creates too much back pressure and has poor thermal conductivity. I also bought a 0.2mm nozzle which I don't even want to check now and I think it's a waste of money. The nozzle feels solid and doesn't even scratch from wrenches and the like, but other than that it's useless for 3D printing to me. I tried everything I could from Capricorn tubing to different extrusion systems like direct drive. and nothing could compensate for the back pressure in the system. I couldn't even hand press the slab at 220C. For some reason they just don't keep the temperatures high enough to melt the plastic well and that increases the back pressure (possible internal deformation which I can't see) and too much back pressure leads to countless failed prints. Next time I'll look at E3d or Micro Swiss. .
