This mouthguard is amazing. I grind my teeth on something hard and even use it to sleep. My dentist once asked me to bring it - I figured he could tell me it was useless and that I needed to buy a mouthguard from his office. He saw it both in and out of my mouth and shook his head. "I can't find anything wrong with that - keep using it, it's a good option." I subscribe here at Revain to receive them regularly. I have bought other "brands" mouthguards and nothing compares to them. Once I tried a branded mouthguard from the store and bit through it during the fitting phase. Threw it straight into the trash. Doctor's Brand is by far the best over the counter mouthguard I have ever used.
