Good cleaner. It pulls hair off the carpet and has great suction power. The hand vacuum cleaner is good and sucks well. I used to do spot cleaning. The tank is small, so if you're working in a large area, you'll have to stop constantly to replenish supplies. The vacuum cleaner itself is heavy so maneuvering it can be difficult depending on the area being cleaned. The portable device is a bit heavy but easier to handle. Overall a good cleaner. A bit pricey in my opinion, but worth it given the many features. I have used it to clean car seats and carpets. So it can be used almost anywhere.
