Defective protective film
Installation was easy but I noticed that after a few hours of inactivity in the room and doing almost nothing with the phone, the protective film was already torn! Worst of all, I've tried several times to contact their support team regarding this with no success. Update: Warranty Service issued a gift card as a refund, no questions asked - thanks! However, Floveme has still not responded to my emails.
