This worked well, I followed the directions and apart from my heels my skin was scaly and smooth like a baby's. The top and sides of my legs were irritated and itchy for a few days after use and this lasted for two weeks. As I still have stiff heels (they recommend reapplying after giving your skin a break) - I'm doing a second treatment. BUT this time, instead of using socks/boots as intended, I extracted all the liquid from the boots into a shallow plastic container. I basically want my heels treated, so I tip the container so the liquid doesn't hit the tops/sides of my feet (not much to extract) - and just my heels and some of the rest of the soles of my feet. I covered the container and legs with cling film to keep moisture in for 1-2 hours. Will try to remember to update following this approach.
