I used to wear a band and switched to this little backpack instead. So much more convenient. For short runs I only have my phone with me (mainly to listen to music while jogging). But for slightly longer runs or runs in hot weather, it's good to have some water with you and conveniently drink from a water bladder. The backpack sits very comfortably on the shoulders and does not wobble when running. No issues so far with the front magnetic closure and it stays closed for the duration of the run (run up to 12 miles with this pack). I also like the two small mesh pockets on the front along the chest strap. You can put a fuel or salt tablet in there for easy access. All in all definitely recommendable!
