Odd but effective in my review
I purchased this at the recommendation of my chiropractor. I started using it as soon as it arrived. Be sure to ask your chiropractor which direction they'd like you to use. There's a gentle pull and a stronger pull. My neck didn't like it at first. But I could feel the pull the whole way down my spine. After a few weeks of short daily uses and my chiropractor said that she could notice a positive change in my neck.
