Poor customer service. The bes heating pad itself looks great and fits easily over the massage bed. But it says he has 3 settlements and only 1 of them is working. I contacted support and provided all requested proof of purchase. I was told to save money by sending the defective heater back, I could take a picture of the power cord being cut so the heater would be unusable. As soon as I do that they will send a request to send me a new one. So I asked how long it would take. Because on high settings I almost didn't feel any heat, but at least it was something that kept the sheets from the cold. I didn't want to cut the cable and something happened where I can never get a replacement and now I don't have that much money. That was a month ago and I still haven't received a reply. Terrible. As if small businesses aren't struggling enough now without wasting money. I really want them to care more about the quality of the products and trust the professionals who buy them.
