Watch out for plantar fasciitis (disability)
This was causing my plantar fascia health issues. I almost never write product reviews but now I am going to see a doctor after using this product once for a short time. It was BAD for me because it affected my foot mechanics and hurt my leg. Please exercise caution before using any such product without investigating how it may affect your feet.
