We received this item for Christmas for our 1 and 3 year olds. A little over three months have passed and the first part, the hut, no longer holds up by itself. The tunnel also doesn't remain attached, although even then it didn't take up the entire hole, so the marbles kept falling out. Eventually, the grating in the tunnel broke, making it unusable. The ball pool is still ok, but that's about it. In addition, the seller of this product sent a receipt stating that if I rate this product and leave a review for the seller, we will receive a refund or another toy from them. We did it the same day, sent them proof, and they never responded. Generally very disappointed.
