Cheap and doesn't hold up so I just threw it away. The seller won't even give me an exchange!

That's terrible! I bought it in March and it won't last long. Everything was fine for 2 weeks, but now it's no longer tight. Bought 3 years ago, great. Now the plastic piece that slides and is supposed to keep the collar the right size just slides off. I can't take my dog for a walk with him. I can't pin it on her at home. DO NOT BUY THIS unless you plan to throw it away after two weeks. This is literally the worst thing I've ever bought for my dog.
