Runs small, poor quality, unable to return

The quality of this shirt was terrible and the pink color was not as pictured. The letter "M" for medium was actually hand written on the shirt. Seriously? I tried to return after waiting 3 months for it to arrive and I could not as shipping was too expensive (as per customer rep). They refunded me 50% which is something but I didn't want to pay $10 for a shirt I have to donate.
