Review on 🐱 Armarkat A6403 Classic Cat Tree with Basket, 64-inch, Chocolate: The Ultimate Cat Playground by Gerald Duncan

I like that there are a few hiding spots. So far my cat likes the bottom tier best where she can hide behind the step. However, the "loop" on the full length top deck doesn't seem to serve any purpose other than to keep my cat from lying down, so I removed it. I also read in other reviews that the rubber thread is dangerous for the ball so I replaced it with yarn. The main reason I only give 3 stars is the hardware. This tree comes with two types of connectors - cap screws and double end screws. The double ended screws just aren't long enough and I wasn't able to fully assemble the tree for a month as I had to go to the hardware store and buy *custom* 5/16 screws that were the correct length (which I should have guessed) . I mean, for God's sake! They must have assembled it at the factory and realized the ones they had weren't long enough. In any case, they decided to send it "as is", which I find rather dubious. If it wasn't for my hands I would try to return it (very expensive shipping)!
