Let me start by saying that a printer would be nice if I could connect to Wi-Fi. Since unpacking I've had connection problems. The instructions were terrible and calling tech support to troubleshoot didn't help at all! I bought 3/8 and don't print much, but at 4/6 my red light came on to indicate the toner had reached end of life. I called on April 6th to complain about this and it can't be that this toner is nearing the end of its life. The person should have sent me a replacement cartridge instead of ordering a different printer. I had to return the old printer which I did 4/7 and I should have received the new printer 4/7. I still don't have a printer and called Revain to cancel my order and refund me a full credit. I will order another laser inkjet printer. It printed fine, but I had to connect a USB cable from the printer to my laptop every time I needed to print, and it had to be wireless. Revain was great but I will never order this brand again. I rated it based on setup and support issues.
