UPDATE: 01/20/21 It turned out that the problem was only with the cable. Got a new cable, everything works! Glad you didn't send it back! Good "little" camera. Good deal for the price. Pretty easy to use. I had to go through the instructions several times to understand all the settings. Comes with two rechargeable batteries but NO SD card. Upgraded from two to four stars. ================================1/10/21: Nice little camera. seems very versatile but is of no use to me as none of the batteries that come with it charge. This only works if you are connected to a network. Lots of good things to come!?! Spoke to Revain support via live chat. And all they did was show me suggested troubleshooting steps that I had already done myself. Then they offered to buy a new battery. I do not think so! Well I was looking for a battery and figured if it was cheap enough I might do it. But that was more than half the price of the camera! .unsatisfied! The only reason I gave two stars is because the camera itself looks good and has a lot of options and settings. Will most likely return it and stick with my iPhone. ☹️
