It's a complex mix of the good, the confusing, and the ugly: First the good: The machine works as advertised and is easy to set up. Second, it's confusing: the buttons on the remote control are completely unintuitive. There are two ugly features. First, some fairly common window structures cannot be serviced by this robot because it requires that the sealing strip between the frame and the glass be no wider than 5mm (0.2 inch). My vinyl windows use a tapered piece of plastic on the outside that is much wider than this so the robot gets tangled on the edge. CHECK YOUR WINDOWS BEFORE ORDERING. The second problem is that the robot works in a vertical position and the washing liquid is fed from below. Thus, liquid is never applied to the top 6-8 inches of the window. All in all we weren't disappointed, it's a Roomba sort of thing: not as versatile as we'd like, but useful once you understand the limitations. . As we learned to trust the robot and multitasking (since it would require your intervention to move the car from one pane of glass to another every few minutes), it became a welcome home tool for inside our 30 windows. The robot is also very interesting to look at and turned out to be entertainment for the guests (a one-time thing, of course).
