Very well done. I work for a government agency in a frugal state, meaning that we don't have a state income tax, and getting name tags suitable for uniform wear from my agency is iffy, at best. I've ordered from nametagcountry.com and quill.com but I got the same thing here for much less. The name tag is a nice, pleasing, satin finish, with block letters. The magnetic backing is plenty strong enough to hold the tag in place through our heavy weave duty uniforms. I WILL be recommending this company to my unit's 125 uniformed personnel but I fear that as cheaply as this company sells these tags, it won't amount to too much! I'm very pleased with the product I received.
