I was looking for something similar. I have an old hard drive and thought this would be a good way to see if I can get information about the hard drive without booting it into the computer as this is such a problem. So far this works quite well. The PC reads like an external hard drive. I was able to retrieve information from my old hard drive, so I'm happy. Well made product, looks like it will last more than a use or two.
