Bought two of these to have fun doing cardio at the gym! They're a hit AND a drill! While it's a lot of fun, one of my two balls on horseback keeps deflating. I contacted the seller who told me they would send me another ball and that it would take 2-3 weeks. Based on this information, I disposed of the defective ball. Did the replacement never arrive, allegedly because I didn't verify my address? For an item I ordered from Amazon, who provided my address? Long story short, I'm stuck with a horse blanket and no ball. Revane won't support me because I threw out a defective ball. I don't have time to go back and sift through all my emails to prove I'm right on this point. Anyone who needs a horse bale case is one of them for free!
