I used it every work day in the winter and sometimes in the summer when the air conditioning was drying out the office air years before retirement. This prevented tearing and bleeding of the tissues of the nose. We've also used a few in hotel rooms, especially in the winter, with the same great results. They were pretty easy to clean weekly.
