Love how they feel, very comfortable, easy to change straps and look great! When I contacted them about this, instead of replacing the defective straps, which were my favorite colors, the company offered a half refund. Still a fair deal, but I just wanted the color bars. They told me they saw nothing wrong with them. I would like to send it back so they can see that they are not tied. Not interesting!
