I wax everything myself. Yes, even my lady parts. I have used other waxes. many, many different brands and types. I chose these for my ladies pieces based on other reviews. I promise it was a lot less painful than any other look or brand (even the "famous blue wax" from the same company). When I was doing armpits it wasn't so bad if I used other brands and my daughter got over it (slowly, ugh). After the demolition, very little, if anything, remains. Experimentation will help you get the wax to the ideal temperature for a smooth application and a large stripe release. I have bought this about 5 times now. I will not use any other wax beads.
