This is not my first pal - my pup unfortunately destroyed my last pal - they were loved very much. I ordered a new pair this summer and my left one fell apart completely. literally dirty day yesterday and made the thing feel weird and - see pic. I've only owned them since late March and live in Montana so they're a bit worn lol. I don't know how to contact the seller. I want a new pair and will buy in the future - I think it's a random issue.
